Refusal to prosecute
Публикувано на: 27 Апр 2023, 08:30Can anyone please tell me the complete path to follow at Bulgarian level for the cases in which a Prosecutor refuses to take a case to court? i.e., who to contact next? Some inspectorat or court?
The question is based on the fact that to complain against a State at European level one needs to first go through all of the 3 national court instances. Therefore, if there is no court case at national level it is not possible to go to the European courts.
